Grace Period For Form E Submission via e-Filing

As stipulated in the Income Tax Act 1967, the deadline for submitting Form E (the remuneration statement by employers) for the Assessmeny Year 2015 to the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM) is on the 31 March 2016. However, to encourage employers in utilising e-Filing as the better alternative, IRBM is now extending 30 days grace period for Form E submission. The deadline will be on 30 April 2016.
